  One thing I have actually noticed is always that there are plenty of misguided beliefs regarding the banking institutions intentions while talking about home foreclosure. One fairy tale in particular is that often the bank wants your house. Your banker wants your money, not your property. They want the bucks they lent you having interest. Preventing the bank will only draw the foreclosed final result. Thanks for your write-up.
